New Customers

Finding a new groomer or a place to leave your pet con be overwhelming. Please see below for important information you need to have when scheduling.

Grooming

We will need current shot records and to be advised of any medical issues. During drop-off the groomer will go through every detail of the hair-cut or package you are looking for to ensure your baby comes out looking perfect!

Boarding

Our new boarding pets are required to have complete shot records sent in a week prior to any boarding stay. Please see boarding page for prices.

Boarding Checklist

Correct & current shot records
Your pets preferred food in a container clearly labeled with your pets name.(Please do not bring whole bags of food)
Any toys or bedding your pet can not go without
